Evangel Christian Academy has partnered with BOONLI to provide a secure, fast, and easy-to-use online ordering system that allows you to view our lunch menu, order, prepay and manage student lunches from their smartphone, tablet, or computer.

Evangel has partnered again with great local vendors to provide a fast and easy-to-use online ordering program, available on your tablet, smartphone, or computer.

Due to the rising costs of card fees, a convenience charge of 4% will be automatically added to purchases made with credit/debit/prepaid cards, etc. A charge of $5 will cost $5.20.

Both campuses will have Grab & Go items such as drinks, sliced pizza, sandwiches, salads, Lunchables, chips, protein, snacks, etc…. Cash, Debit, Credit Cards, or prepaid cards are accepted.

Evangel has a new partnership with McLane Fresh Central Eats! Both campuses will offer a variety of options for fresh sandwiches, salads, fruit, and other items. In addition to having them in the Grab & Go section, we will include these items on the Boonli menu once they arrive.

PARENTS: We will run out of pizza on both campuses, but options from McLane Fresh Central Eats will be available, along with Lunchables, Uncrustables, and more.

If your child wants to be guaranteed a slice of pizza for lunch, you must order on the Boonli menu.

There are no ’tabs’ or student charge accounts available at any time. Reminder, iPhones and Apple Watches are not allowed for lunch purchases.

All payments for the e-Cafe must be received at the time of purchase. No ’tabs’ or student charge accounts are available at any time.

ORDERING SCHEDULE: Parents and students can order for the entire month, week, or day by day. All orders must be placed at least 36 hours in advance. There is a $1.00 credit card processing fee per order, so save $$ and order multiple days at once.

BOONLI PAYMENT INFORMATION: Payment by Debit or Credit Card is accepted. Boonli accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover only. Order for multiple students at the same time. Prepaid debit and credit cards are also accepted.

FORGOTTEN LUNCHES: Elementary children will receive either a Lunchable, Uncrustable, or similar item. Those items will then be charged to your student's Boonli account and will require payment before any future Boonli orders will be accepted.

MENU CHOICES: Menus will be posted monthly and will include a variety of vendors. All of our vendors are great Evangel supporters, and Ramirez Mexican Restaurant is an Evangel family!

PACKAGING: Meals will be individually packaged, labeled, and delivered to each campus.

DEADLINE: 36-hour ordering deadline: For example, Sunday morning at 5am is the last day to order for Monday.

LATE ORDERS: Use the appropriate LATE ORDER MENU to place your order up to 9am the same day. There is a surcharge for orders placed less than 24 hours before or ordered by 9am the same day. Do not use this menu for ordering multiple days at a time..

CANCELLATIONS: Parents, please log in to your student's account to cancel a meal before the cut-off time. Cancellations are not available through the school or the e-Cafe. Due to our vendor agreements, cancellations are not available within the 24-hour ordering period. Vendors begin preparing meals, staffing, and scheduling our orders in advance. If your student is absent, their meal will be ready for pick-up at the designated campus, spot, and time.

Lunches will not be distributed to other students. If your child is absent, please make arrangements to pick up the lunch at the designated time and place. Lunches that are not picked up are donated to our amazing e-Cafe team of volunteers, coaches, and teachers.

ERRORS: With the large number of daily lunches, an occasional error does occur. If your student receives an incorrect lunch, please have them notify an e-Cafe staff member immediately. Credit will only be given if we receive notice on the same day.

Errors at the elementary campus should be reported to their teacher. On the middle/high school campus, students should notify any of the e-Cafe workers.

Please tell your child when you have ordered so that they know to pick up their meal. We cannot give credit for meals that students did not pick up their lunch.
