Coaches

Head Coach Sher Muelle: Coach at  Evangel Christian Academy. Sher played softball at Centenary college from 2000-2004 where she was a pitcher and infielder. She has been coaching at Evangel Christian Academy for 7 seasons. In her 2nd year as head coach in 2009, the Eagles softball team won their first State Championship with a record of 37-3-2. Under the coaching leadership of Coach Sher, Evangel has just finished winning their third consecutive state title. Coach Sher has given private pitching lessons in the area for over 7 years and coaches Freedom Gold.

Coach Jimmy Ashby: Asst. Softball Coach at Evangel Christian Academy. Coach Jimmy has assisted at Evangel for 4 years, he is also an assistant coach of Freedom Gold.

Coach Freddie Shephard: Asst. Softball Coach at Evangel Christian Academy. Coach Freddie has coached at Evangel for 7 years.

Coach Michelle Graves: Asst. Softball Coach at Evangel Christian Academy for 2 years. In addition to the high school program she assists with the Middle School program. Coach Michelle graduated from East Texas Baptist University. She played softball at ETBU for 4 years. She is also the Coach of Freedom 18u.
