1. Regular Collection-May be checked out for one month.
2. Reference Collection and Periodicals-Use in the library only.
3. Classroom Set-May be Checked out for two months.
4. Students are expected to return the library materials on time.  They may renew them no later than the due date. However, if no action has been taken, 10 cents/day will start accumulating until the item is turned in.  Students may not check out more books until the book is returned and the fine is clear. 
5. It is the student’s responsibilities to take good care of the library materials.  Replacement of the cost will be charged to the person who checked out the item in case of loss or damaged.
6. We strongly advise against lending to someone else your library books so that you may avoid paying for the fine or replacement cost caused by your friend.
7. 20 items (library books/textbooks) may be checked out at one time for students. 
8. Upon withdrawing from school or at the end of the semester, neither grade report nor transcript will be released until all library books are returned, overdue fine or/and unpaid fees (copies, printout, replacement fee) are clear.

Copies and Computer Printouts are 5 cents/pg for black and white.  50 cents/pg for color
