Elementary Fitness Team Moves on to State We had the our Elementary Fitness Team compete this past Monday.  They were trying to qualify for the State Fitness Meet.  Only 3 boys and 3 girls out of all of Caddo Parish get to go to State. SPAR 2007 Youth Football City Championship Photos   The 2007 SPAR Youth Football Program involved 76 teams and over 1500 players in seven age divisions. Following the recently concluded playoffs, the final two teams in each age division competed for the City Championship at Independence Stadium on November 17th.
